The Catalyst is a student run digital paper series based at UC San Diego which aims to give voices to undergraduate students who have a passion for research. We welcome any and all students who are interested in publishing their work, and we are dedicated to fostering a diverse community of interdisciplinary scholarship.

We emphasize helping new students find their path in research, and aim to help publish new (and especially underrepresented) scholars. This includes expanding to include students from other institutions, with a focus on public health research papers.
